AXION LU-620
5-axis vertical machining center from the AXION LU series – high precision and productivity for demanding workpieces.
Our Axion LU-620 is a flexible 5-axis machine ideally suited for manufacturing complex parts in a single setup.
Whether it is simple 5-sided machining or complex geometries requiring 5-axis interpolation, the Axion LU-620 ensures you are always perfectly equipped for all current machining requirements.
The machine design enables simultaneous 5-axis machining or 5-sided machining using integrated hydraulic axis brakes (clamping torques up to 4,410 Nm). The work table features a Ø 500 mm faceplate; the swivel bridge (supported in the counter bearing) allows workpieces up to 300 kg. Swivel range: +50° / −110°.
Control systems: Heidenhain iTNC 640/7 and Siemens 840D/ONE.
